Job Purpose

The Executive Business Development will be responsible for expanding Company's footprint in the Ahmedabad region by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing current distributors. This role focuses on driving penetration for the entire product portfolio, ensuring robust distribution networks, and achieving regional revenue targets under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and appoint new high-potential distributors across the Ahmedabad territory to expand market reach.
- Portfolio Expansion: Drive the sales and adoption of complete product portfolio (including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, Video Intercoms, and Smart Home solutions) through the distribution network.
- Channel Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with newly appointed distributors, helping them stock, market, and sell Hikvision products effectively.
- Market Penetration: Analyze local market trends,



competitor activities, and demand gaps in Ahmedabad to strategically position Hikvision products.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business development, channel sales, or dealer/distributor management.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates from Electronic Security (CCTV/Access Control), IT Hardware, Networking, or Telecom industries.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Ahmedabad security market, commercial hubs, and existing dealer/distributor networks.
