Role Description
The Head – Enterprise Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for leading enterprise sales strategy, identifying and developing new business opportunities,



and managing key accounts across CludoBits’ IT infrastructure, networking, and digital transformation solution portfolio. The position involves building and mentoring a sales team, setting revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline management, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions for enterprise customers. The role includes engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, negotiating complex contracts, driving channel partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. The Head – Enterprise Sales and Business Development will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market plans and support organizational growth.
