Role & responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and virtual training programs for sales teams and advisors.
- Deliver induction, product, sales process, and behavioural training.
- Train frontline employees on recruitment, market planning, and team management.
- Provide field coaching based on performance, recruitment, advisor activation, and customer conversion.
- Drive capability building and improve sales effectiveness through regular coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities.
- Track training coverage, participation, certification, and key business parameters.
- Ensure adherence to training calendars, governance processes, and compliance requirements.
