ey Skills Required:
- 7+ years of strong experience in Database Administration
- Robust expertise in SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, preferably Cosmos DB
- Strong SQL, PL/pgSQL and database performance tuning
- AWS experience with RDS, Aurora and Redshift
- Backup, recovery, replication, partitioning and disaster recovery
- High Availability and database scalability
- Infrastructure as Code Terraform / CloudFormation
- Monitoring tools – Datadog, Prometheus, Redgate
- Database security, auditing and compliance – PCI DSS / SOC 2
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Experience supporting CI/CD and DevOps environments
- Strong incident management and Root Cause Analysis experience
- Good documentation and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred: Experience in Fintech / Banking / Regulated Financial Services, data warehouse integrations and analytics platforms.
