Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, student-focused educational counsellor who can guide prospective students in choosing the right programmes and support them throughout the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand student career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about company programmes.
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and follow-up data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct career counselling sessions and explain programme benefits.
- Support seminars, demo sessions, and engagement activities.
- Meet monthly admission targets and performance metrics.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or admissions.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech or training institutes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Experience handling student admissions or career counselling.

Education

Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Relevant experience in counselling or admissions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
