India HR Operations - End to End Onboarding & Offboarding

Individually own and execute onboarding and offboarding transactions in HRMS with high accuracy, while ensuring BGV compliance, SLA adherence, and audit-ready documentation.
- Perform end-to-end pre and post onboarding transactions
- Validate joining documents for accuracy and completeness
- Independently track BGV cases with vendors and ensure timely closure
- Review BGV reports and identify discrepancies / documentation gaps
- Identify risk indicators and flag exceptions as per defined matrix
- Support closure of discrepancies through proper documentation and escalation
- Hands-on Offboarding Execution - Execute exit transactions in HRMS (resignation, termination, absconding cases)
- Validate Exit Checklist and support F&F; inputs (LWD, recoveries, asset status)
- Ensure all exit documentation and clearances are complete
- Track and follow up on pending recoveries with stakeholders
- Perform bulk uploads,



corrections, and lifecycle updates with high accuracy in HRMS
- Conduct data validation checks and reconciliations to ensure clean records
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions
- Adhere strictly to SOPs and defined controls
- Maintain trackers and MIS (onboarding, exits, BGV status, discrepancies)
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team, BGV Partners, HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and vendors for transaction completion

Digital Workflow Creation & HRMS Administration
- Configure and maintain HR workflows within the HRMS platform.
- Create, test, and deploy digital workflows for HR processes and approvals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system workflows.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate workflow functionality.
