Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with 10–20 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing and Supply Chain setting. The candidate will support U.S. regional teams and manage customer orders, quotations, invoicing, logistics coordination, customer requests, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Import/Export, Order Management, Quoting & Invoicing, Freight & Logistics, ERP/CRM systems, and Customer Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Handle the complete order management cycle, from order receipt through fulfillment.
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and related commercial documentation.
- Handle import/export documentation and coordination.
- Coordinate freight, logistics, shipment schedules, and delivery requirements.
- Work closely with sales, operations, production, warehouse, logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers and U.S. regional teams.
- Respond professionally to customer requests through email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer concerns, order issues, shipment delays, and other operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, shipment, and invoicing information.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy across ERP
