Role Overview:

We are looking for an Art Coordinator
to deliver high-quality, accurate, and impactful design adaptations and updates. In this role, you will ensure the seamless integration of layouts, maintain brand consistency, and execute projects with exceptional attention to detail. You will work on a variety of projects that require precision, adaptability, and creative problem-solving while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines
- Implement design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistency
- Collaborate with the New York team to understand project requirements and maintain alignment with client expectations
- Provide solutions for layout adjustments while preserving the integrity of the design




- Maintain and organize design files to ensure efficient workflow and version control
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and excellence of all deliverables
- Stay updated on brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all projects

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in design, preferably in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- Robust understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
