Job Title: IT Recruiter Experience: 12 Years Location: Andheri, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of IT roles, sourcing strategies, and should be capable of working in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates. • Source potential candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases. • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).



• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles. • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably HR, IT, or related). • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. • Solid understanding of IT terminologies, job roles, and technologies. • Experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Preferred: • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools. • Previous experience recruiting for IT services or product-based companies.
