Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior works at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily interior site activities.
- Manage carpentry, civil, electrical, ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurements and maintain proper site records.
- Monitor work quality and rectify site issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Designer, and Client representatives.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
- Identify delays,



material requirements, and site-related issues and report them to management.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, quality, and budget requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
- Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.
- Valuable communication and team-coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
