Internship Structure
Phase 1 – Training Period (First 3 Months)
- Intensive hands-on training on product design and development.
- Work alongside experienced engineers on live projects.
- Learn CAD modeling, enclosure design, manufacturing processes, and product development workflows.
- No stipend during the training period.

Phase 2 – Internship (Next 3 Months)
- Work independently on assigned projects with mentor guidance.
- Participate in product development, prototyping, and testing.
- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000

Career Opportunity

After successful completion of the 6-month internship, candidates will be evaluated based on:

Selected candidates will be offered a full time position with a starting salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar CAD software.
- Create detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Assist in enclosure design for IoT and embedded products.
- Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), engineering documentation, and design revisions.
- Collaborate with Electronics, Embedded, and Software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Final Year, Freshers, or Recent Graduates).
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
- Passion for product design, innovation, and continuous learning.
