Job Description:

We are looking for experienced US Healthcare RCM professionals with solid knowledge of the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process. Candidates with experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Calling, Non-Calling, Denial Management, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, and Appeals are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling assigned RCM functions while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, productivity, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US Healthcare RCM processes.
- Process and manage medical claims accurately and within defined turnaround times.
- Perform AR follow-up and communicate with insurance companies/payers for calling profiles.




- Handle denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims and take appropriate corrective action.
- Work on claims submission, charge entry, payment posting, eligibility & benefits, and appeals.
- For non-calling profiles, review and process assigned billing and RCM activities accurately.
- For medical coding profiles, review medical documentation and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as per guidelines.
- Identify billing errors and discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow client-specific SOPs, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and US Healthcare regulations.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy, and TAT targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues.
