Role Description
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ambikapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial and protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, explaining product features and benefits,



providing policy comparisons, and assisting clients through the proposal, documentation, and issuance process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up on renewals, handling basic service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries. The Relationship Manager is expected to work within regulatory guidelines, meet defined sales and service targets, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
