The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who thinks like a CEO but executes like a
team of three.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to shape and execute Konnect Insights'
marketing strategy across content, brand, performance, and product marketing. This

is not a support role. You will own your domains, bring your own ideas to the table,
and be held accountable for outcomes.

You will NOT manage sales pipelines or work with the sales team. Your job is to build
the brand, grow inbound, and make Konnect Insights impossible to ignore in the
markets we serve.

What You Will Own
Content & SEO / GEO
• Build and execute a content calendar across blog, LinkedIn, and video




• Collaborate with our SEO/GEO expert to drive organic discoverability on search
and AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
• Write or direct scripts, posts, and long-form content with a robust editorial
voice

Brand & PR
• Shape how Konnect Insights shows up externally -- tone, narrative, and
positioning
• Drive PR initiatives: founder stories, product announcements, industry
placements
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

Performance & Demand Generation
• Plan and manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google) with a sharp eye on
CAC and ROAS
• Own landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion flows in collaboration with
design
• Track funnel metrics and optimise continuously

Product Marketing
• Translate product features into crisp, benefit-led messaging
• Build product pages, feature explainers, and launch communication
• Develop category narratives (e.g., CX Intelligence via KRC)
