Roles And Responsibilities:-
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & 2D Motion Designer who can create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to design social media posts, promotional flyers, banners, and 2D animated videos that communicate our financial services clearly and attractively to the general public.
Key Responsibilities
2D Animated Videos
- Create short 2D animated videos for our social Media Handles.
- Develop storyboards, motion graphics, text animations, and visual transitions.
- Convert concepts and financial topics into simple, engaging visual content.
Social Media Designing
- Design creative posts, reels, thumbnails, and other social media creatives.
- Create content according to different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colors, and visual style.
Promotional Materials
- Design attractive flyers, banners, brochures, and promotional creatives.
- Create designs for marketing campaigns,
product promotions, events, and customer communication.
- Prepare creatives in both digital and print-ready formats.
Brand Management
- Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all creative materials.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver creatives within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and 2D Animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create short-form video content for social media.
- Creative thinking and robust attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and present financial concepts in simple visual formats.
