Job Description

Rapid Loans Private Limited is hiring an experienced Area Manager to oversee and drive operations across 5 branches in the Alappuzha region (Alappuzha, Ambalapuzha, Vaikom, Cherthala, and Panangad).

We are a rapidly growing financial institution with 37+ branches across Kerala and strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions like Unity Small Finance Bank.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete branch operations, business development, and portfolio management across all 5 assigned branches.
- Drive targets for Individual Micro Loans (Ticket Size: ₹51,000 – ₹1,000,000).
- Ensure seamless collection management through ECS and Online Payment modes.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Branch Managers and field staff to achieve portfolio quality and growth.
- Maintain strong audit compliance,



risk management, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Area Manager or Senior Branch Manager in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking sector.
- Strong expertise in Individual Loans and digital/ECS collection processes.
- Proven track record in team management, portfolio growth, and target achievement.
- In-depth geographical knowledge of Alappuzha and surrounding branch areas.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
