Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients.
- Provide initial treatment and emergency care.
- Follow consultants treatment plans.
- Review investigations and report abnormalities.
- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Communicate with patients and relatives.
- Ensure patient safety and follow hospital SOPs.
- Provide proper handover to the next shift.
