Job Overview
buildcontrol is looking for a confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and converting opportunities into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services effectively.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales activities to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication over phone calls.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
