Role & responsibilities
- Ensuring high quality, compliance and efficiency of Financial Reporting service delivery in line with SLA, handling of ad-hoc requests and developing/offering (customized) solutions to business partners in US & CA and assigned legal entities.
- Identifying business partners requirements and maintaining regular exchange and good cooperation.
- Disciplinary leading service team including resource planning/recruiting, activity allocation and budget control. Ensuring a good working environment and employees motivation through recognition, target setting, performance evaluation, development, and feedback.
- Supporting development and optimization of service processes and fostering the use of digital technologies to enhance value creation.




- Participating in global or regional Financial Reporting as well as local Hub projects and initiatives in various roles.
- Pro-actively contributing to and driving discussions in Financial Reporting Management team with regards of organizational development

Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience
- Min 10 to 20 years of professional experience in finance or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, quick-paced global environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
