We are looking for a Client Relations & Business Coordinator who is confident in dealing with clients and business partners, excellent at follow-ups, and capable of coordinating multiple activities smoothly.

This is a client-facing business coordination role involving client communication, partner coordination, sales support, presentations and Director support.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with HNI clients, NRIs, channel partners, developers and project teams.
- Attend client meetings and site visits along with the team when required.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely follow-up and coordination.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and partners through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up proactively with clients and partners and ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, presentations and other client requirements.





Sales & Business Support
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client requirements, partner details and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to collect project details, pricing, availability, brochures and other information required by clients.
- Ensure enquiries and follow-ups are tracked and closed without unnecessary delays.
- Assist with proposals, project presentations and business documents.

Presentation & Documentation
- Create skilled presentations and property/project decks using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Prepare client proposals and presentation material.
- Maintain booking forms, agreements, registration documents and other business documentation.
- Ensure documents are accurate, organised and ready before meetings.
- Handle client and business information with confidentiality.
