Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily
back-office and operational activities
for investment advisory services.
- Handle
client onboarding, KYC and documentation
as per regulatory requirements.
- Manage
CRM operations, lead allocation and sales order processing
.
- Prepare
MIS and operational reports
.
- Ensure adherence to
SEBI guidelines and compliance requirements
.
- Assist with
regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
.
- Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes.
- Handle
client queries, complaints and service requests
professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in
Back Office, Operations or Compliance
.
- Experience in
Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Broking or Wealth Management
preferred.
- Knowledge of
KYC, SEBI compliance and regulatory processes
.
- Good working knowledge of
MS Excel and CRM systems
.
- Solid attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.
