Underwriting and/or Claims

+ years of team-handling experience

2+ Managerial experience
as well.

• Strong people management, leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong stakeholder management,



analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of
MS Excel & PowerPoint

• Ability to understand complex documents and reports

• Experience supporting onshore teams and handling queries

• Solid attention to detail and ability to identify/report irregularities

• Insurance certification such as
INS/LM
is an added advantage
