- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and generate potential customer leads.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, online advertisements, property listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate and track leads through various channels and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
- Create and coordinate marketing content such as property posts, brochures, advertisements, and campaign materials.
- Monitor marketing performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements to increase leads and conversions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and other marketing partners for promotional activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify recent marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with the management and sales team to achieve project-wise marketing and sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
