Job Title: General Manager (GM)

Reports To: MD/Director

Location: Urban King Hotel, Rewari (Haryana)

Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management

Age: 40+

Experience: 10–15 years of experience in hotel industry (preferred in Banquets property)

Job Summary:

Urban King Hotel is looking for an experienced and agile General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Banquet services
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Maintain quality standards, hygiene, and compliance with hotel policies.




- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel services, events, and banquet sales.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and local customers.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Prepare regular reports for management on performance and growth

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
