About the Role

We are looking for an organized and responsible
Service Coordinator
to coordinate service activities, customer complaints, technician schedules, spare-parts requirements, and service follow-ups. The candidate will act as a link between customers, service technicians, the service team, and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service requests and customer complaints.
- Assign service jobs to technicians based on priority and availability.
- Maintain records of service complaints, job cards, repairs, and vehicle status.
- Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Communicate with customers regarding service status, estimated completion time, and delivery.
- Coordinate with the spare-parts team for required parts and availability.
- Monitor pending and completed service jobs.
- Prepare daily and monthly service reports and MIS.
- Follow up on warranty-related service cases and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery, wherever required.




- Escalate critical technical or customer issues to the Service Manager.
- Ensure proper closure of customer complaints after service completion.
- Maintain customer and vehicle service history.
- Coordinate with sales, production, spare parts, and service teams whenever required.
- Ensure proper adherence to company service procedures and policies.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred.
