Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
SAP Fieldglass Functional API Integration Consultant
with solid hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and enterprise integrations. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and other external enterprise systems using APIs and file-based/batch integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into SAP Fieldglass functional configurations.
- Configure
Fieldglass CWM, Profile, Worker workflows, and master data
.
- Design, implement, and support
API and file-based integrations
between Fieldglass and Ariba, S/4HANA, and external systems.
- Work on integration mapping, data flows, interface validation, and issue resolution.
- Perform
SIT/UAT
,



defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Support end-to-end implementation and
go-live
activities.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, integration teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot Fieldglass integration issues.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
SAP Fieldglass
.
- Good functional knowledge of
CWM (Contingent Workforce Management), Profile, and Worker
.
- Experience in
SAP Fieldglass API integration
and external system integrations.
- Experience with
SAP Ariba and/or SAP S/4HANA integrations
is preferred.
- Experience with file-based/batch integrations.
- Strong experience in
end-to-end implementation, SIT/UAT, and go-live support
.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
