Handle queries and orders of national and internationals clients.

Coorditate with clients for proper meassurements and customizations if any.

Coordinate with production team to avoid any mistake in garment.

Handle post-sales client servicing and relationship management.

Respond to client queries and resolve concerns promptly.

Follow up with clients regarding payments and pending documents.

Maintain client records and update CRM/Excel reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.To check the Email orders and Take the Update on the on going orders and Plan the shop floor activity.

Machine work and Fabric availability)

To make a transparent understanding of order requirements to the masters i.e. measurements, Attachments and if any customization.

To check and verify the cost of value addition work and job work.

To do the daily planning meeting with the masters and Tailors.

To do the weekly planning for the production, manpower planning and take the necessary approvals. (i.e. Overtime, material procurement)
