Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives for our residential real estate projects. The role will focus on generating quality leads and site visits through effective digital campaigns and data-driven optimization. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms. Generate quality leads and site visits for assigned real estate projects. Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, lead quality, site visits and conversions.



Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends effectively across high-performing campaigns. Track the complete funnel from Lead Qualified Lead Site Visit Booking. Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports/MIS. Maintain campaign trackers, dashboards and performance data. Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages and campaign requirements. Monitor and optimize landing pages, lead forms, CRM, API and conversion tracking. Monitor performance of property portals/aggregators and other lead-generation channels. Analyze campaign data and implement strategies to improve lead generation and ROI. Ensure effective lead delivery for focus projects and achieve assigned targets.
