About the Role

Pinout Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our security and automation solutions to residential, commercial, and business customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Visit clients and understand their security and automation requirements.
- Promote and sell CCTV, gate automation, access control, smart home automation, and related products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, installations, and project requirements.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
- Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.

Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Previous experience in CCTV, security systems, electrical, automation, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15000 per month + attractive sales incentives

Salary and incentives will depend on experience and performance.
