Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide expert-level support to customers on SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Advantages, Time Management, and Compensation & Recruiting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for internal use by the team.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of at least two SAP HCM modules (UK Payroll, Benefits, Time Management).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing complex payroll processes using SAP HCM software.
