Roles & Responsibilities
- Install and connect solar panels, inverters, AC/DC cables, DBs, MCBs, SPDs, earthing, and other electrical components.
- Perform DC and AC wiring as per the approved system design.
- Connect solar panels to the inverter and ensure proper string configuration.
- Install and check ACDB, DCDB, isolators, junction boxes, and protection devices.
- Carry out earthing and lightning protection work as required.
- Test cable connections, voltage, current, polarity, insulation, and continuity.
- Assist in inverter installation, configuration, and commissioning.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in solar plants.
- Attend service and maintenance complaints at customer sites.
- Ensure proper cable dressing, labeling, termination,



and safety standards.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and Project Engineer during installation.
- Take site photographs and provide installation/service updates to the office.
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and electrical materials properly.
- Ensure the work area is clean and secure after completing the work.
- Follow company procedures, project schedules, and customer instructions.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
