We are looking for an experienced IT Product Support Specialist to join our Bhopal support center and become part of our growing global support team.

Role Overview As an IT Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and product support to our restaurant clients and internal teams across multiple regions. The role involves troubleshooting EPOS systems, supporting integrations, resolving application and Microsoft 365 issues, validating operational data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. This position requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills, robust communication,



and the ability to work collaboratively with Product, Development, and Operations teams.

As we continue to expand our global support coverage, the role will require participation in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs to support customers across the UAE, UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for restaurant chains across multiple regions, including the UAE, UK, and Australia.
- Troubleshoot and manage EPOS systems such as Toast, Syrve, and Micros Simphony.
- Respond to client requests via email, calls, and remote support tools with professionalism and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot EPOS integrations, API connectivity, and data synchronization issues.
- Validate daily operational reports, investigate data discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
