Key Responsibilities
- Handle Home Loan/LAP customers and generate loan conversions
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
- Collect and verify KYC & loan documents
- Manage the loan process and coordinate with banks, customers and internal teams
- Guide customers on loan process, documentation and TAT
- Conduct customer visits whenever required
- Ensure smooth and timely loan processing
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP Sales/Real Estate Sales(Residential Sale)
- Experience in Banks/NBFCs/FinTechs preferred
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of loan documentation and process
- Comfortable with customer visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
