Position Overview
*The
Marketing Production Manager
is responsible for assisting in the leading, execution and implementation of our various brand visions. While others set the marketing strategies for each brand, this role is responsible for bringing that strategy to life through high-quality, on-time delivery of all marketing assets and communications on behalf of Central Boiler, Altoz and WoodMaster.*
The Core Of This Role Is
- Team Leadership: Assist with leading and mentoring the production team to ensure high performance, clear accountability, and qualified growth. Act as the primary bridge between creative concepts and final deliverables.
- Tactical Execution: Drive the end-to-end production of branded marketing materials, ensuring all output aligns strictly with company standards.
- Omnichannel Management:



Assist with overseeing the development and distribution of print and digital paid advertising, corporate communications, and dealer-specific collateral.
- Project Leadership: Direct and support cross-functional workflows to ensure marketing efforts are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

- Manage, oversee, and staff the daily operations of the Marketing Department
- Provide direct supervision to the Marketing functions including general work support and direction
- Drive a culture of accountability and ownership
- Develop objectives, measures, and complete performance appraisals for direct reports
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring of direct reports to promote individual and team growth
- Develop and drive open/honest dialogue and involvement with all team members that demonstrates the value of their input and engagement in improving communication and performance
