Hotel The Emperia is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with a proven track record of 7 to 10 years in the hotel industry. You will oversee daily hotel workflows, lead department heads, optimize financial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all properties.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Financial Performance: Maximize overall revenue growth, manage operational budgets, and control labor and maintenance costs.
- Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback systems, champion luxury service benchmarks, and lead prompt service recovery.
- Team Leadership: Manage recruitment, mentor department heads, design training calendars, and drive employee engagement.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline cross-department communication, audit property maintenance, and manage supplier relationships.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce hotel SOPs, handle crisis management protocols, and ensure full legal and environmental compliance.

Core Responsibilities




- Daily Operations: Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance workflows daily.
- P&L; Management: Analyze monthly financial statements and implement corrective actions for budget variances.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular property inspections to maintain brand standards and cleanliness guidelines.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve high-level guest complaints and internal staff grievances professionally.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the executive team to launch new service offerings and marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
