Hotel Interior Fit-out
experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and monitor Civil, Interior & MEP execution
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers & subcontractors
• Drive project
quality, safety, timelines & execution
• Manage project planning, progress reviews & reporting
• Coordinate Civil, Interior, MEP, Stores, QS & QA/QC teams
• Monitor project wastage and ensure cost-effective execution
Technical Skills:
MEP knowledge – Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, BMS
MS Office | PowerPoint | MS Project Autocad
