Peoplebox.ai is a YC-backed AI talent platform used by 500+ companies including Deutsche Telekom, Redbus, HackerRank, Whatfix, and KPMG. We're building the AI-native way companies hire and manage talent including Nova, our AI interviewer that's already screening thousands of candidates across the US, India, and the Middle East.

The Role

We're doubling down on the Middle East. You'll be the voice of Peoplebox to HR and TA leaders across UAE and Saudi — finding them, calling them, and booking qualified meetings for our ME growth team.

What You'll Do
- Run outbound to HR/TA leaders in UAE and Saudi — calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
- Work in both Arabic and English, switching based on the prospect
- Qualify inbound ME leads within 24 hours
- Book and hand off meetings to the ME growth lead
- Feed market intel back to the team — objections, competitor mentions, message-market fit





What We Need
- Native or bilingual Arabic.
You are comfortable across dialects plus skilled English
- 1–3 years in SDR/BD/inside sales, ideally SaaS or selling into HR
- Phone-first mindset — you'd rather call than email
- Self-driven — you'll work with a lean, fast team across time zones

Nice to Have
- Sold into UAE/Saudi markets before
- Familiarity with HR tech, recruitment, or talent platforms
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar

First step is a conversation with Nova, our own AI interviewer, partly in Arabic, partly in English. It takes ~15 minutes. We use our own product to hire because we believe in it; you'll be selling what you experienced.
