Alstenia is an ecommerce growth company helping brands grow through Shopify, web development, performance marketing, creative services, and AI automation.

We’re looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of our hiring and people operations and help us build a strong, accountable team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and hiring.
- Create and improve hiring processes to attract and select high-quality candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and address workplace concerns.
- Manage performance reviews, KPIs, and employee accountability.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and internal processes.
- Help build a positive, professional, and high-performance company culture.
- Work closely with management on hiring, employee performance, and team-related decisions.

Requirements




- 2+ years of experience in HR / recruitment / people operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and employee management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Experience working in a startup, agency, ecommerce, or fast-growing company is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who takes ownership rather than simply completing HR tasks. You should be able to identify problems, improve processes, hire strong people, and maintain a culture of accountability.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
