Security Officer – Ex-Defence Personnel

Job Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for security of the factory premises, employees, materials, and assets.
- Supervise security guards and manage shift-wise deployment.
- Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain security registers, CCTV monitoring, and incident reports.
- Implement security SOPs and conduct regular security checks and patrolling.
- Handle emergencies, theft prevention, fire/safety situations, and crisis management.
- Coordinate with local police and other authorities whenever required.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper security procedures across the factory.

Candidate Profile




- Retired Army / Air Force / Navy / CAPF / Paramilitary personnel preferred.
- Ex-JCO / Senior NCO / equivalent rank candidates preferred.
- 10+ years of defence/security experience preferred.
- Experience in factory/manufacturing security will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, discipline, communication, and crisis-management skills.
- Preferably retired personnel residing in Sonipat/Delhi NCR.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on rank, experience, and suitability.

Location: Rational Business Corporation Pvt Ltd, Bahalgarh, Sonipat. (The Company Check)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
