Responsibilites:
- Design, implement and monitor risk policies for Used Car Loans, New Car Loans and Electric Commercial Vehicle portfolios.
- Define customer eligibility criteria, FOIR, bureau, LTV norms and exposure limits.
- Drive periodic policy reviews based on portfolio performance and business requirements.
- Define dealer onboarding and dealer grading frameworks, analyse dealer and channel wise performance and recommend actions.
- Recommend dealer-level approval limits and exposure controls.
- Evaluate new channel partners, aggregators and marketplaces from a risk perspective.
- Define and establish RC transfer exception handling framework.
- Drive policy decisions on ownership transfers, valuation gaps and documentation deficiencies.
- Define and monitor PDD requirements, pendency and risk-based waiver framework.
- Monitor PDD pendency and closure performance.
- Recommend automation and process improvements to reduce operational risk.
- Drive digitization and automation of risk and policy controls.
- Track performance of policy changes through approval,



bounce and delinquency trends.
- Conduct RCA of policy-driven portfolio deterioration.
- Recommend policy refinements based on data analysis.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, Collections and Operations teams.

Assist in audit, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Education

MBA/Btech/MSc

Work Experience

5-8 years of work experience in Used Car, Auto Loans, Personal Loan, Credit Card or Retail Lending Risk.

Primary Skill

Strong understanding of Auto lending products

Technical Skills

Risk Policy, Bureau Analytics, Portfolio Monitoring, Strong analytical skills coupled with positive understanding of Credit Risk management & scorecards, PDD management

Python/SAS/SQL mandatory.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Collaboration and Influencing skills

Ability to independently think and contribute individually to wider stakeholders
