We are seeking a highly organized, customer-centric, and financially minded Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operations, support, and financial health of Siemens' internal Enterprise AI portfolio. Instead of managing a single, dedicated platform or project, you will own the connective tissue across our entire AI ecosystem of services.
Acting as the operational champion, you will be the primary bridge between our platform engineers, SaaS vendors, and internal customers.
You will establish robust service level agreements (SLAs), bring financial rigor (FinOps) to a diverse portfolio, and serve as the primary interface for internal Siemens stakeholders—including Cybersecurity (CYS), Legal & Compliance, and Audit—ensuring our suite of AI services is secure, compliant, and continuously evolving.
