Job Title: POS Associate Luxury Tea Store

Employment Type: Full-time (24-hour store; rotational shifts)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused POS Associate to join our luxury tea store at Bangalore International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining store ambiance, and providing an exceptional shopping experience to our high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting premium teas, and provide product information with confidence and enthusiasm.
- POS Operations: Handle billing transactions efficiently, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital wallets.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Ensure the POS counter is stocked with necessary supplies and assist in stock management as needed.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend suitable products and gifting options based on customer preferences.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the POS counter and contribute to the overall upkeep of the store.




- Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily sales reports, handle refunds or exchanges (if applicable), and follow all company policies.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to airport regulations and store policies related to transactions, security, and cash handling.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a tea, gourmet, or premium lifestyle brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Kannada, Hindi, or other languages is a plus).
- Proficiency in using POS software and digital payment systems.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment and flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
