- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production processes.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor machine utilization, production output, rejection, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for production-related issues.
- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and production resources.
- Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
