Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UIUX Designer based in Coimbatore. The UIUX Designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, and translate them into intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.



Daily responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, and refining designs based on feedback and data. The role involves crafting visually appealing layouts, ensuring design consistency across products, and documenting design systems and guidelines. The UIUX Designer will also participate in design reviews, contribute to continuous improvement of the user experience, and support cross-functional teams with design assets and specifications.

Qualifications
- Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to solve complex user and business problems.
- Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or surveys, and synthesizing insights.
- Proficiency in Visual Design, creating clean, modern interfaces with attention to typography, color, and layout.
- Experience with Prototyping tool
