Job Description:

As an Assistant Coordinator of the project Girls Education Support Program at Swadhar IDWC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective functioning of our organization.

The responsibilities include the following:

1. To explain forms to the students, getting them filled correctly.

2. To check completed forms: Accept duly filled forms only

3. To conduct Home Visits to assess the correct financial status/ need of girls.

4. To maintain the records of home visits UpToDate.

5. After home visit, to send the forms for approval (or otherwise) to the committee

6. To keep records of forms those are not approved.

7. To provide counselling to the students and maintain the rapport with them.

8.



To visit the schools/ other educational institutes for giving them information about Swadhar and getting information about progress of our beneficiaries in that institute.

9. To coordinate with the accounts dept about status of utilization of funds.

10.To keep the donor wise and education level wise records of inflow and outflow of funds

11. To conduct / arrange sessions on various topics with girls with a view to increase rapport with them.

12. To approach the prospective donors and give them information about Swadhar and GESP.

13. (a) In absence of Office assistant, to enter the students’ data in MIS tool.

(b) To complete the entire cycle of payment.

(c) If an error occurs in the tool, to coordinate with the developer and get it rectified

(d) To send intimation to students about status of their payment

(e) To ensure in maintaining record of disbursed amounts donor wise.
