Job Summary

The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting the company's hearing healthcare services through field marketing activities, doctor relationship management, patient awareness programs, and camp organization. The role requires extensive field work, regular visits to doctors and healthcare professionals, coordination of marketing activities, and travel within the assigned territory and nearby locations whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with ENT specialists, physicians, general practitioners, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare referral sources.

2. Conduct regular doctor visits to increase awareness about the company's services and strengthen referral networks.

3. Organize and coordinate hearing screening camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities in the assigned territory.

4. Identify new opportunities for business development and patient acquisition.

5. Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate leads and increase clinic footfall.

6. Maintain records of doctor meetings,



referrals, camp activities, and marketing outcomes.

7. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth execution of camps and promotional events.

8. Follow up with referral partners and patients as required.

9. Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and community outreach programs.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and submit them to management.

11. Ensure achievement of assigned marketing targets and business objectives.

12. Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback for management review.

13. Support recent clinic launches, promotional campaigns, and special marketing initiatives whenever required.

Travel Requirement

1. This position involves extensive field work.

2. The employee shall be required to travel within the assigned territory and nearby cities, towns, and locations as directed by the management
