Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP EC Timeoff Consultant, you will :
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support integrations between EC Time Off and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

Your Profile - Skills Required :




- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
- Hands-on experience with business rules configuration.
- Experience with role-based permissions (RBP).
- Understanding of Employee Central foundation objects and MDF objects.
