Human Resource Executive - Construction Company

*Experience: 2-3 Years | Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month | Location: Jammu, India*

Role in short:

*Handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance for site and head office teams. Payroll not included.*

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Post jobs, source candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding for site and HO staff
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and support employee engagement activities
- Documentation: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities
- Compliance: Support statutory compliance like ESI, PF, Labour Laws documentation. Liaise with consultants where needed
- HR Admin: Coordinate induction,



training, ID cards, uniforms, and HR policies communication
- Reporting: Prepare HR MIS reports for management

Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in HR role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure
- Qualification: BBA / MBA HR / Graduate in any discipline
- Skills: Positive communication, MS Excel & MS Office, knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
- Note: Payroll processing knowledge not required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
