Role & responsibilities:
- Own endtoend business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements in Gold Loan systems (Caslite/MIDAS, CRM, Siddhi, Trace, Finacle or any other recent systems get introduced)
- Prepare HLRDs, Reviewed BRDs minutely and functional specifications aligned with business, policy, and regulatory needs
- Drive functional testing from business side and ensure accurate implementation of Gold Loan features/processes
- Identify track, and close functional issues or system gaps in coordination with IT and vendors
- Work with technology partners on system roadmap, enhancements, and stability
- Support process standardization, digitization, and scalability of Gold Loan journeys

Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with exposure to Banking systems or implementations




- 510 years experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Prior experience in secured lending / Gold Loans / retail asset products preferred
- Strong understanding of Gold Loan business processes and lifecycle
- Working knowledge of finance, accounting, and regulatory reporting
- Understanding of system integrations and endtoend process flows
- Strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines
- Teamoriented, proactive, and solutiondriven approach
- Ability to design and implement stable, scalable, and compliant system solutions
