Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and organized Admission Executive to manage our student enrolment process. You will be responsible for managing lead pipelines, conducting admissions presentations, validating student eligibility, and converting inquiries into registered students. This role requires a strong sales mindset combined with excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face and telephonic admission presentations to prospects and parents.
- Evaluate student applications, transcripts, and eligibility criteria against institutional standards.
- Walk candidates through fee structures, scholarship options, and documentation verification.
- Execute systematic daily follow-ups with pending and prospective applicants via CRM, calls, and email.




- Drive institutional admission targets and maximize conversion rates week-over-week.
- Coordinate and execute campus tours, open houses, and admission events. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate degree in Any Subject
- Experience: Experience in similar field is mandatory.
- Communication: Native fluency in Malayalam and strong command over English.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, closing deals, and handling objections.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., LeadSquared, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Excel.
